Poland Trip Blog

In June of this year, I went to Poland as a family trip. After a 10 hour flight we landed in Warsaw, Poland for a 15 day vacation. We spent 3 nights in Warsaw, exploring Warsaw’s “Old” Town, Warsaw Ghetto for World War II and Poland Vodka Museum. Then we headed to Krakow for 5 nights. Exploring Krakow Old Town, Krakow Jewish quarter, Oskar Schindler’s Factory, a near by salt mine, Auschwitz 1 and Birkenau in Oswiecim.

After Krakow we went to Zakopane for 2 nights to see the Tatras Mountains, did some river rafting, and natural springs spas. We visited Wroclaw and Poznan on the way to Gdansk/Danzig. In Gdansk we saw the Baltic Sea and walked the city. We traveled back to Warsaw for 1 more day before the flight back to the states.
